Delivery & Returns
What shipping methods are available to choose from?
We cooperate with courier DPD Latvija, deliveries to DPD Parcel Cabinets throughout Latvia and also outside of it. Also, when choosing the option of delivery abroad, we provide delivery through Latvijas Post Office or DPD Latvija.If you would like to use another courier's delivery service, please contact us privately by sending a message to hello@tinyoneshop.com.
How soon can I expect to receive my order?
You will receive the product within 1-2 working days after it is sent. If the delivery is intended outside of Latvia, the delivery time is longer.
Do you also deliver outside of Latvia?
Yes, we ship throughout the Baltics, Europe and beyond.
Can I return the product?
If, after receiving the product, you still want to return it, you can do so within 14 days from the day the order was delivered. The product can be returned if it has not been used. You can return goods by contacting us in advance by email at hello@tinyoneshop.com.
